Each module includes a short instructional video that teaches the basics of mindfulness, simple yoga stretches, and meditation. It's perfect for busy Mum's who are struggling with the anxiety of lock down, homeschooling and general life. We will give you the skills to cope in a positive way in all the daily challenges we face as parents during a pandemic.

Being Grateful

One of the key skills you will learn on this course is bringing gratitude into your lives daily. This can be as simple as thinking of three things to be grateful for at bedtime each day. I have done this for many years and it helps us feel so much more positive everyday. Being grateful everyday brings more happiness into your life and the lives of the people around you. Two psychologists, Dr. Robert A. Emmons and Dr. Michael E. McCullough found that after a 10 week study, those who wrote about gratitude were more optimistic and felt better about their lives.

    Absolutely I'm going to show you everything you need to know in simple easy to follow lessons

  • What if I don't use Facebook?

    That's not a problem, only the community element will be on Facebook

  • If I fall behind, can I catch up later?

    Yes you have access to the course for at least 12 months from date of purchase

  • How will I fit this into my already busy life?

    The course has been created for people with busy lives. Each module is just 15 minutes and you can fit this into your life when you can.

  • What is the refund policy?

    Due to the nature of digital products refunds are not given if you change your mind and are only provided where required by UK law

  • What if I can't make the Q&A sessions?

    They will be recorded and sent out to you after the event.
